About Office

The Office was founded in January 2011 by Marta Kołacińska - a legal adviser. Since it was established, the office has been developing dynamically and trying to meet our Clients diverse expectations as well as to undertake new professional challenges, especially in the area of modern branches of law.

The Office provides for its Clients, both individual as well as corporate and organisational, versatile legal support, which takes into consideration all the conditions that apply to a given subject.

The Clients of the office include both entrepreneurs, such as commercial companies and individual businesses, as well as non-governmental organisations and private persons.

The office provides services within the territory of Poland in Polish, English and French; if necessary, the office guarantees the assistance of translators and interpreters, including sworn translators who cooperate with the Office.

Marta Kołacińska a legal adviser has been entered onto the register at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź since October 2010, after she passed with honours the legal advisers’ state examination.

She gained lawyer’s experience by working at different Lawyer’s Offices in Łódź since 2005 as an assistant lawyer and, next, as trainee legal adviser.

She graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, however she realised part of her education programme during her foreign scholarship at the Department of Law and Political Sciences at the University Paris-X-Nanterre in France. She also graduated from studies dedicated to the organisation of film production at the Department of Film Production Organisation at Leon Schiller’s National Film School in Łódź. Since 2012 she participates in Postgraduate Studies of Copyright at the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Cracow.

She uses English and French fluently.
